"I made reservations very far in advance only to find when checking in late in the afternoon that the hotel was full and I was given a handicap room. These rooms are geared for wheelchairs and counters are higher, commode seats are higher, no bedside lighting all lighting overhead and bright!!"

"Not the staff’s fault. Seems to me that corporate is cutting all the corners it can. I won’t be back. They were out of coffee creamer, coffee lids, coffee cup sleeves. Each day it was something. Wanted to use the gym..no weights under 25 lbs. Trash cans with trash spilling out over the top."
