We use this brand of hotel for business in Augusta for the masters tournament. This location was even better than the Augusta location. No complaints.

Bathrooms desperately need upgrading they are Just being painted even on top of tiles and don’t look good

Clean, comfortable beds.

I DO NOT LIKE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS, THIS WAS NOT AS THE PICTURES. I NORMALLY DO NOT STAY AT A SLEEP INN BUT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS WERE GOOD?? I WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN, FOR 100.00 I EXPECT MORE. THE FIRST DESK AND THE CLEANING STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. CLEAN UP YOUR PROPERTY THE ROOM HAD AN ODOR THAT I WENT AND BOUGHT LYSOL TO SPRAY, IT WAS DIRTY WALL PAPER THE VENT ON THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS GROSS AND THE BREAKFAST WAS CEREAL AND WAFFLES.

Rude staff, advertised amenities not available, RUDE staff, dirty, RUDE STAFF.... there was also an entire family including a little girl probably around 8 years old.... the man and I'm assuming hos wife were incredibly rude. I would up canceling and staying elsewhere, but I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. The rudeness began the minute I walked in. It increased when I asked about the pool as that was the only reason I booked this hotel. Apparently they took it over a month ago and that is supposed to excuse advertised amenities not being available. Between the yelling from the man and woman to the lack of amenities and dirty main area, I didn't even make it to the room. Stay at literally any other hotel inthe area.
