Great location

A lovely property; very comfortable room; fabulous staff, terrific restaurant and bar.

The property is clean and very well maintained. The room was well appointed and the staff were very courteous. The restaurant food was mediocre but the service was excellent.

Staff attentive upon check-in; even moving us to the 11th floor at my daughter’s requeste. While unpacking, I thought there was a sugar packet or small piece of wrapped chocolate near the coffee maker, but when I picked it up an oozy substance began to drip on my fingers. It ended up being a medication for ED. I reported it to the front desk who got word to the manager to speak to me the next morning because they had already left for the night. Also slightly disappointed that the pool was down for maintenance the next morning due to an unexpected call by the City Mgr for an impromptu inspection. At the end, the Hotel Manager “made it right” by offering 2 golf vouchers (we play) and 2 pool passes (no stay req’d). So, all is good. We really like this hotel and recommend to anyone looking for a luxury style stay. This was a one-off and I doubt it will happen again. The ED Meds were most likely innocently missed by the cleaning crew. Where it was situated, I can certainly see how they might’ve missed it. We have stayed at this hotel before and it is always crème de la crème, here. Everything is immaculate and in order and the staff, very kind. The property is thoughtfully manicured, and absolutely stunning. I shout out to Manager Sabrina for making it right.
