The whole place stinks. Everything feels old and dirty. Absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel, they should honestly stop serving it and pretending it's worth eating. The coffee is sludge. They achieve the bare minimum of a room. The AC works at least I guess. I didn't see any bugs or infestation. But the bedding felt pretty terrible. They are charging way too much. This should be 50 bucks a night tops.

The only incident I had was the attendant sitting outside the arcade. I purchased day passes for the water park online after talking to the front desk. My son and I were leaving to go back to our room when the attendant told us the front desk should of gave us a separate wrist band to get back into the hotel. I should her our key card but insisted we needed a band. She was very rude and I really thought she wasn't going to let us go through the doors and we would have to walk outside to get back to our room. There was no reason for her to have an attitude after all the money we spent there.

My shower did not work. The switch from bath to shower was broken. My sheets and comforter were stained. My room neat but not deep cleaned. I did not trust that things were as clean as they should be. The breakfast was disappointing (given I have low expectations). Staff were fine and general spaces were well maintained

Great place, first impression I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place since it was booked for me. Beautiful building, built in the 1800s. Rooms are amazing. Since it is in downtown Milwaukee, it does get a little loud but it’s to be expected. We’ll definitely stay here again.
