When we arrived at 9:15pm, our room was not ready. No rooms would be ready for a few hours, so they assigned us a wheelchair accessible room. There was no toilet paper, lotion or soap in the room. There were also multiple stains on the curtains and shower curtain. Staff did come and provide toilet paper but could not provide us a clean room with amenities. Hotel restaurant was fair. Staff across the board were polite and apologetic stating there were multiple calls offs and short staff to assist them. In total, would not go back.

Beautiful apartment! Light, modern, open. NO amenities except 2 little shampoo n conditioners. Got complimentary laundry detergent for the asking. Very limited selection of cookware, no pantry items such as salt, pepper, spices…..
