El Reno Vacation Packages

The staff was good. The hotell is in a bad need of a refresh. The TV didn't work had snow they fixed it then after I turned it off and in the morning I trun it on and snow again. It also smelled musty.

My room had a chair I think they found on the street. All the enamel in the tub was falling off. Wall trim was falling off. I don’t think they have a maintenance man.

Clean room, not very good breakfast

We liked everything about our stay. Pretty place. Very clean. Staff very nice. Highly recommended.

The hotel was decent, nothing spectacular. This is where you go if you just need to sleep and that's it. The ligting in the hotel room was horrible. The breaker kept blowing. Like you could not run the iron and have too many lights on. Some of the outlets did not work as well. There were also a few minor things that could be adjusted, like the bathroom door in my hotel room was a sliding door that did not shut or latch, so you had to be real comfortable with the person you were in the room with. The toilet took at least 3 flushes to fully flush, that may need to be replaced. My main complaint is I booked multiple rooms and they were put on different floors. Usually when you book multiple rooms, especially the same room types, they try to keep the party together. When I asked the lady up front, she basically told me, there was no way she could fix it. Good thing this was for other adults and not my kids, I would have hated for us to be separated like that. The breakfast was basic and they only have 1 lonely waffle maker so get up early enough to get to it. Also the parking at this location is not ideal at all, so please plan ahead. I hated this parking lot, you basicallyhad to park in the apartments next door at the risk of being towed.
