Breakfast was convenient and delish; enjoyed the food being made for us. The glamping experience was wonderful, it was SO NEAT. It was in a great area - walking distance to Ocotal beach and the beachfront had a wonderful restaurant: Father Rooster. We had a vehicle, driving into Cocoa beach which was about a 10 min drive was awesome too.

Love to stay there, clean, close to everything, I booked the golf cart with them as well. Easy and very helpful with all the questions I had.

This property was absolutely stunning. Beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast that’s included with your stay was great with amazing ocean views from the restaurant. The staff was incredible, helping with anything and everything. The villa itself was amazing. Beautiful sunset views and the swim out pool was to die for.

My first impression of this hotel was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, things did not improve during my stay. The check-in experience at the front desk set the tone. The staff came across as dismissive, unfriendly, and uninterested in helping guests. A warm welcome can make all the difference, but instead, I felt like I was an inconvenience. After check-in, we were directed to the Papagayo restaurant. The food there tasted stale and was one of the worst dining experiences of the trip. If you stay here, don’t let that be your only impression of the food—try the Liberia restaurant instead. The quality there was significantly better, and the servers were genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. I also want to recognize the bartenders by the pool, who were among the few employees who consistently smiled and made guests feel appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was another major disappointment. There was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and we had to keep the toilet lid closed at all times because the odor was unbearable. The room also was not properly cleaned. We found a nail on the floor, and there were spider webs in one corner of the room, making it obvious that the room had not been thoroughly inspected after housekeeping. This was my fourth trip to Costa Rica, a country I absolutely love, but it was my first and last stay at this hotel. What stood out most was the lack of genuine hospitality. I will not be returning .

Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove. My kids enjoyed the rocky areas for “tidepooling” for hermit crabs, fish, etc. There is a nice reef right off the beach where daily snorkeling activities are available. We saw a puffer fish, some colorful tropical fish and a spotted ray. Note the beach is public, but the locals are friendly and not loud. There are no loungers down close to the ocean (a little higher up on the sand close to the property, but not many people sat there). It was a tad of an annoyance to see 9 jet skis in the cove almost everyday. They are for rental. My family did enjoy them one day, however, 2 or three would suffice. 9 surely took away from the tropical island feel and I looked forward to each evening when they disappeared. The room was luxurious and had everything you needed. We did purchase a 2 queens room with a small plunge pool—in hindsight sight we did not use it much and we noticed these pools were only on the first floors (preventing a better view). It did seem like there were only a few larger suites with a corner pool on the upper floors of buildings). The dining was pretty good. The breakfast spread at TicoTica was great and unexpected. We enjoyed Peacock Alley to watch the World Cup USA game—a great vibe. Kids enjoyed the pool with the slide and the teen room was cool. Pura Vida!

It was the most peaceful and serene place in this side of the costa rican pacific, the staff was amazing, the food was super healthy and delicious , the entire place is just magical. The beach is super clean and literally yours only. I would come back every time I’m in Costa Rica.
