The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Our stay was a 10/10 from start to finish. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful! Check in was seamless. The room was beautiful and the interior patio set the scene for a beautiful and relaxing holiday. The location was very central to everything we wanted to see. We had an issue with our a/c and the front desk addressed it immediately and within 10 minutes had it back up and running. Very friendly and responsive staff. We felt like honored guests for our entire stay. Would 100% stay again!!

The hotel though was very grandeur over all. However the rooms had signs of ageing, but was venerable. The room was clean, good linens and amenties provided were superb (except for the ironing box and table which were a bit worn down). A/C performance was a bit sloppy. I should give 5 stars to the staffs, especially the reception staffs. Jaccuzzi, pool, gym etc was amazing. There was a MAS supermarket opposite for all the needs. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of options, tasty and flet fresh. There is an onsite restaurant as well. Other tips: walkable distance to historic center, taxi stand opposite to the hotel, uber never took more than 5-10mins for pick ups, MAS supermarket right opposite.

Staff are very helpful and approachable. Breakfast is always delish. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy.

The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four.
