Our stay at Las Lagunas was so amazing that it will forever be my benchmark for quality. From our arrival to departure, I have not one single complaint. Be sure to take the monkey island trip (it's included with your stay!). Everything we ate at the restaurant was delicious, too - not a bad item on the menu.

Tienes que vivirlo para contarlo, todo limpio, servicio de comida calidad, algo pequeño que debería arreglar sería la amabilidad al entrar, las chicas deberian exoresar mejor atención igual asi regresaria de nuevo? Si.

This place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. The property is gorgeous, and right on the water with private beach, kayaking and boating available. The rooms have spectacular views over the lake and the staff help with transportation from airport and to visits Tikal. This place is a gem!

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal es extraordinario son muy atentos y amables, tiene bonita vista. Solo que por regulación de la isla el transporte te deja en el ingreso y si llevas maletas toca caminar gran parte cargando el equipaje
