The room was not great, quite dingy and the bathroom was AWFUL scary and dark with mildew around the tub and the tub was peeling. There were sketchy cords dangling around the tv in very precarious positions (fire hazard?) We were told their was a breakfast, they shoved a paper bag at us in the morning with an apple, a juice box and a sketchilly Saran wrapped muffin as “breakfast” Wouldn’t stay here again

I booked a room for 5 people ( 4 people on two queen beds and one person in a sofa), the sofa was just a chair, the room was for 4 people and Expedia’s room description said the room was for 5, so as the hotel front desk said that.

Staff not only does a pathetic job of cleaning a room after 4 days of going without a room clean, but when they did finish with the cleaning we had to ask management to have it recleaned again because the bathtub had obviously not been done as hair was still very evident on the bathtub rim. And l had to go directly myself to the cleaning staff because of a dirty towel still left hanging behind the door. The cleaning staff berated me for not placing the dirty towel in a location where they could visually see it, as they were not going to go looking for it behind the door.

This was the best room I have stayed in for a very long time. 5 stars! The price was excellent! Well done!

Just wanted a place to sleep for a few hours on a long road trip. Seemed like a decent spot, wouldn’t stay here again. I didn’t even sleep. There was noise during ‘quiet hours’, some drunk man tried to get in my room before someone helped him realize he was at the wrong room, the bathroom tap kept dripping very slowly but loud enough to hear, it’s very old, not as clean as you’d hope, and the morning staff didn’t care or even ask how the visit was during check out. I just wanted to leave to get coffee and leave already. Only good things were the location (lots of food and gym options nearby) and the nice gentleman that checked me in. I wish I got his name but excellent and friendly customer service!
