We checked in, went to room and the maid was in there. She said she had to clean our room then she said she didn’t know she was in the right room to clean. The room was not cleaned very well. My daughter broke her foot so she needed too put her feet up. We left and stayed somewhere else. We will not be back

Wonderful place to stay in Billings. Free valet parking offered which I’ve never had at hotel much less a downtown hotel. Staff is very friendly. We enjoyed dinner at Ten. Highly recommend!

Clean room, great rates, stayed here multiple times and it's always clean. Only gripe would be is water temp for showers is luke warm at best

This resort is so beautiful, clean, & tranquil. We could hardly wait to finish our daily adventures so we could get back to our room. We had a gorgeous room with a spacious deck overlooking the Rock Creek River. The sound of the rushing water was so relaxing. We even had a small black bear walk past our deck one evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rooms were updated and beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed the postcard. Maybe think about adding a sticker. Outside of the property could use a little TLC. Nothing major just the grass cut and some landscape. Super easy check in and out. Great stay for our 1 night.

The elevator was out and we were on the 3rd floor. My husband is 67 and a bit out of shape. I made about 10 trips up and down. He made 4. The stairwells were extremely hot also, making the trips up and down even worse. Otherwise it was great.

My stay was easy - I found it, parked close by and had a nice, clean and quiet room for rest before continuing my vacation journey.
