Beautiful property

Bed are very comfortable. Rooms were clean. Pool is definitely fun for kids not so much if are you’re adult and trying to just relax.. In the morning I was leaving. I went down and got a cup of coffee and was charged four dollars for drip coffee. Seeing how traveling For Work I asked for the receipt said three dollars for coffee and then a dollar for espresso and I asked what the dollar For espresso charge was. She replied that that’s just how we charge.

Our stay was excellent. Every staff member wad kind and accommodating. Our room was perfectly clean and well stocked. We do wish there had been a fridge in the room, but it didnt affect the pleasant experience we had. We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast at Bernies to end our stay.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Clean pool. We had a problem with verifying the reservation we made 2 months before our stay. They checked us in by Name, not by confirmation code. And ended up charging us again for the stay. When we called them about it they said WE had double booked 2 months ago and one was charged for a no show. They could not credit the new charge only the one from 2 months ago. We paid $150 more. Our confirmation code was the same for both mine and my husband's names. Use the Confirmation code.

This was an amazing property. We highly recommend it and will be back if we’re in the area again. It was our final stay after leaving Yellowstone. The drive from the NE Yellowstone entrance to the lodge is a beautiful and terrifying experience through the mountains. It is worth the extra time to get there though. The creek behind the property provides a relaxing background, with plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the surrounding nature. The staff were all super friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable with a deck overlooking the creek and chairs/tables to allow us to sit and enjoy the view. The bed was amazing.

The lady that checked us in at the front desk was amazing. Went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great!

Very cute and functional room. Most comfortable mattress we’ve ever slept on. Close to downtown… walking or driving distance. Very prompt responses to all inquiries. Great place and right price.

This hotel had very clean and well updated rooms. However, there should be better sound proofing insulation on the room doors. We had two annoying situations in the halls of our floor that could have been buffered by better sound-proofing. A young woman was talking on her phone for over an hour and everyone on our floor could hear her conversation. Also, at about 3:00 in the morning a couple came back to their room arguing/conversing very loudly. It seems that several people around them could hear their conversations. We were also disappointed with the complimentary breakfast. The juice machine was broken, the gravy bowl and the waffle batter were both empty. When asked about this nothing seemed to be corrected. The cabinets were also sticky or had spilled batter which was never cleaned up.
