On a positive note upgrades and repairs have been attempted. This motel is ok as long as you bring Kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer, as these items are not provided. If you don't like the very little bars of soap please feel free to bring your own. You may wish to bring some disinfecting wipes as the posted signs indicate that the rooms are cleaned on Mondays and Thursdays but this appears to be flexible as ours was not cleaned during our 5 day stay. Make sure you wear your shoes or dark colored socks as the floor darkens your socks. The molding around the door needs repair as the light shines in and there is a hole big enough for a mouse. If you are concerned about safety don't worry the police seem to patrol regularly.

This was a hotel hidden that we booked at the last minute due to sustaining a power outage at our home. It is a little outdated, but room was comfortable air conditioner worked it was clean hotel smell fresh no issues.

Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.

Walking into the Hilton Garden the lobby was so nice and clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and overall a great place to stay

Hotel is fairly maintained and in a pretty good condition it has a lot of restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Rooms were clean but needed upkeep stain on ceiling in bedroom bathroom plaster looked like pieces were going to fall off. Didn't get the notification the pool was closed so wasn't impressed with that as it was the one amenity I search for. Maid was extremely nice. Front desk night person was not welcoming but the day person very nice. Breakfast was good had variety daily.

The hotel was great, we enjoyed the pool and they had games there for everyone. The bar restaurant has a pool table there too. The breakfast was great too. I forgot something in the room and the hotel took care of shipping it to me. Great service

The staff at the hotel is fine and if you have an issue they will definitely try to assist. However, a few conceThe hotel staff was friendly and responsive, and whenever an issue arose, they made every effort to help resolve it. However, there were a few concerns during our stay. Upon arriving in our room, I immediately noticed that a shelf in the shower was broken and hanging off the wall. I contacted maintenance, and they responded quickly to repair it. While I appreciate their prompt service, it raised concerns that either the housekeeping staff is not reporting maintenance issues or that known issues are not being addressed before new guests arrive. Additionally, we encountered ants in the room, which was disappointing and impacted the overall cleanliness experience. Lastly, whenever the air conditioning was turned down, there was a very strong mold or musty odor coming from the unit. This was perhaps the most concerning issue, as it significantly affected the comfort of the room. They also need to fix the heat issue in the Pool room it felt like a straight Suana in there.
