Fun space. Good location

I traveled to Pittsburgh for a Pirates game with a friend back in June. This place was perfect for us. We rented 3D. It was a clean, a two bedroom, two bath apartment, and six twin beds with an easy 15-minute walk to the PNC Park. Crossing the Roberto Clemente bridge was a blast with all the fans. Also Stay Pittsburgh is walking distance to the Monongahela Incline (drops you off in Mount Washington) and the Market Square where I relaxed with a Primanti Bros sandwich. The price was way better than a single hotel room. Truth be told it’s not a Ritz Carlton but like I said it’s walking distance to everything. Some issues we experienced – their “About this property” promotes Street parking available, so we thought FREE street parking. This is not the case, just an FYI you can park on the street but it’s very expensive. They should update their “About this property” to state PAID street parking available or state there are many parking garages in the area that you can park for $25-$30 dollars a night which is not bad but people should know. Although the place is clean, and an awesome location, things like the towels and pots and pans seem like they are from the 1970s. Also, some aging towel racks and faucets. I didn’t mind just something you should beware. Overall, if I ever return to Pittsburgh I would definitely stay there again even with my wife, of course with an apartment that does not have twin beds. Remember location, location, location is key!

We loved our stay at Hyatt House! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our room was so beautiful and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Didn’t realize breakfast was not included. Toilet broke. Handy man came and fixed it. Good pillows. Great location. Needs updated. All in all not bad. Depending on where I am going in the Pittsburgh area I may or may not stay at that hotel again.

The pool is either very dirty or stained black. Housekeeping took dropping off towels one morning as an excuse to not clean the room at all that day. Room service takes the phone off the hook and doesn't answer. Go downstairs and order the food yourself, they tell you to come back downstairs 9 floors and fetch it yourself or wait. The AC unit was old, was in disrepair and froze over at 3AM. Hotel front desk the next day would not even radio to find out if the repairs had been made and told my wife to let them know if the room was still hot after we left to give them time to make the fix. Just absolute disregard for any guest that's not in a wedding party drinking in the lobby.

Had 3 rooms and things were very inconsistent between them. Two of the rooms had only 1 bath towel, the 3rd room had 3 bath towels, 1 room had 2 chairs, the others had only 1 - all rooms had 2 double beds. The office chair in the room was on the verge of breaking. One room was 10 floors directly above the pool but had a VERY strong pool smell. Thermostat in 1 room worked to raise the temperature but didn't work to lower it. After raising the temp a bit, everything in the room became damp. Staff members were very friendly. Amenities were nice, lobby was clean.
