Easy check in and check out . Clean room. No refrigerator but did not need one . Coffee machine available for use with capsules in room. Temperature of air con (AC centralized ) was set to 21 degrees. Too cold for me. No AC control in the room.Other than that , everything was good . Location is convenient near the Main train station.

Nice condition but

The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar). Poor service
