Felt like new. Awesome location. Great neighbourhood. Team was accessible, helpful and friendly. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 washrooms worked perfectly. Outdoor patio gave space for fresh air. Highly recommend this as ideal space and place in Dublin.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Breakfast was included and it was very good. We asked for an extra desk to work in the room and they were able to accommodate it. The staff understood my request and was very helpful. The AC is not strong enough. My room was always too hot for my taste. The room floor is easy to clean but the product used leaves it sticky. The 6xx rooms are accessible through a narrow staircase from the fifth floor. It is not very convenient and is not compatible with the hotel class and price. The location is very good with super easy access to luas and airport shuttle buses.

Put in small box room , mattress not fit for purpose and very dark and dismal. Did not realise night club was literally on the main floor so no sleep was had, even being on 3rd floor. When finished noise outside from the people visiting the club could be heard for quite a while, then bottles being emptied into bins seemed to go on for ages. Went away to relax for a few days, didn’t happen.
