The beach, the sunset, the staff, and even the driver are reasons that this will be my new spot for my Jamaica trips. The good is okay, but as long as I get my oxtail and salt fish and ackee fix I'm a happy woman! I was concerned about the beach being across the street, but it really wasn't an issue or bother. I 100% recommend if you are looking for a quiet safe space to detox from the world and unwind.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

We had an amazing stay at this Caribbean resort! From the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere to the friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our vacation special. The resort was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable Caribbean vacation!

The room was clean, but it had a strong, unpleasant smell that I couldn’t quite identify. As a result, I had to wash all our clothes, even the ones we hadn’t worn. The taxi desk experience varied depending on the person that was in charge . Some were helpful, but I had a particularly bad experience with one driver (I can’t remember his name). I asked him to take me to a pharmacy, and he informed me that it was in downtown and would charge me for a round trip, which was $60. Knowing there was a larger pharmacy just across the street. The food was okay, and the staff had mixed reviews. Some were very friendly and helpful, while others were quite rude. The most disturbing incident was the sight of people having sex in the swimming pool. I’ve never encountered anything like that in any other place. Many guests were upset about the situation, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address it.

Food wasn’t as good as previous visits

My room was not cleaned when I arrived. I had to go to Reception to request a room change. Upon arriving it took approximately one hour to receive a room assignment although I arrived after 3 p.m. This is not an adult friendly resort. Everything with the exception of the Sports Bar closes at 10 p.m. There is no room service and you are not allowed to take food to your room. The only late night offerings are limited to very unhealthy options and the location of the Sports Bar is a 5-10 minutes walk from all the rooms which is troublesome especially if it is raining.
