This was a well located property, with easy access to coffee shops, and the tram. Downsides, upcharge to check in early of 50 Euro's (we have travelled to many other countries and they just let you check in) There are no supper dining options near by or in the hotel if you have been on a day trip.

Bad wifi and signal connection in our rooms. Room service was really expensive and the food was not so great. Hotel was clean and well presented. We were able to leave our bags on early check in and late check out. It was difficult to get ice buckets for the room as there was not always ice available. Overall stay was good.

The Samuel Hotel

The room was expensive and had only one drawer in which to store clothing. The hair dryer and safe were defective but were replaced. Three out of four mornings I was told there was no cream. We had to ask for face cloths and they were not always supplied. The cleaning was desultory. The check in time of 4 pm is ridiculous, especially after an overnight flight.

It was a very clean, comfortable room. Large clean bathroom and shower. Rrstaurant was lovely, service good, menu had many options. Snacks and water bottles as well as coffee and tea in the room.

There’s not a ton to do around the property, so be prepared to walk a bit. Close to the EPIC museum. But the hotel was clean, modern, and had air conditioning.

Our group had an excellent stay at the Samuel Hotel and its staff. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Dublin and offers an on-site cafe and restaurant. There’s also a nearby grocery store and several food options to enhance our stay. Overall, the hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Dublin.

Hotel staff allowed us to keep luggage before check in and were friendly but… they forgot to clean the room on day 3. Also did not replenish sugar and enough bath towels for the 3 of us. They did bring up towels and sugar when asked. Location is right next to the tram station so very easy to do local travel from the hotel.

Very easy to use public transport as the tram station is just opposite. Just 4 stops to main city area. Very modern and clean hotel in a good, safe neighbourhood.
