Good stay.

Very good stay while in town for the NFL game. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The food was very good. Nice buffet breakfast. The bar was lively and fun. Room very comfortable. Would stay again.

Functional spot for a short business stop

Clean and standard room. Did the job for working nearby. Has covered parking. Helpful receptionist printed some items for me. Like all hotels in Dublin, you can end up paying a lot at times for a pretty standard experience. Didn't eat here, but bar was okay for a drink. At times very full of tradesmen working on the many sites around, so the place feels busy, especially at breakfast, which was again very standard.

Issue with shower/ clogged bath

Unfortunately when checking out the staff weren't very helpful. They were aware of issues with the shower in some rooms but never told us it was a potential issue in some rooms.

Good breakfast, good sleep. Poor cleanliness.

While our stay was comfortable, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep along with a pleasant breakfast, the cleanliness of certain aspects of the room must be addressed. The windows were quite dirty, and the window coverings had numerous noticeable holes. Additionally, the furniture was very unclean, which made us hesitant to use it. At a rate of €224 per room, including breakfast, at a four-star hotel, I found this situation unacceptable.
