We expected better when staying at this hotel. The phone didn’t work in the room and the staff was unresponsive. The room was clean and comfortable enough but felt stuffy and humid most of the time. It had air but it was finicky and tough to use. Overall we wished we had a better experience in this Hyatt.

The hotel itself is OK. Never stayed at a "Centric" Hyatt before but figured it was somewhere in between Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Place; it was closer to "Hyatt Place". I don't know if that's standard in Europe but I expected something more. The only 5-star rating I would give this place are the hard working staff who aren't given much to work with. The real disappointment was the breakfast that was a 15 EUR additional charge per person. To be honest, it definitely wasn't worth the money. Maybe we were spoiled by the great food in neighboring restaurants, but the quality of the food was more McDonalds and less whatever we were expecting...

Hotel is very nice and walkable to all shopping, bars and major sites. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Lots of nice amemities at the hotel. Extremely disappointed with the parking situation. I booked this hotel specifically for on-site parking, as it's my first time driving on the left side and navigatimg by myself. When we arrived, there was no available parking at the hotel. I had to wander to a side street to call the hotel to figure out where to park. There was a garage about a 7 minute walk away dragging luggage. I see on the hotel's website that this garage is mentioned in case the hotel garage was full but i couldnt find this information anywhere on the expedia site.

Very comfortable, not in the thick of chaos.

We had a great experience with every staff interaction and were very comfortable throughout the stay, highly recommend adding the breakfast as an add on, we were thoroughly satisfied. Location wise we were very happy with being close enough to walk to all the action but very happy to not be staying right downtown where all the chaos was. Travel on transit to and from the airport was a breeze and in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there were ample options for coffees, treats, pubs and a grocery store. Overall perfect for a long week layover to get rid of the jetlag before continuing onto our next destination.

The staff at the Hyatt was wonderful! We didn't want to stay in the Temple Bar area so we chose the Liberties and it was literally across the street from St. Patrick's cathedral and we were able to walk to the Guiness Storehouse! I would stay here again!
