Loved the miniature apartment setup. The in-room washing machine allowed us to pack and travel much lighter.

Definitely recommended
Studio room was superb, great facilities and spotless. Nice coffee shop downstairs, right next to the tram stop. Lovely staff. I only wish they'd mentioned at check in that there is a magnet provided to cover the super bright clock on the oven!
Was right next to the luau (a tram system that goes all over Dublin). Parking was available for a discounted rate at the Arena3 parking facility. (was 25/day) Had a nice cafe/restaurant on first floor. Was about a 30 minute walk to the main sites of Dublin (Christ Church/Temple Bar). Room had everything, including washer/dryer. Had some trouble with the dryer and staff was very helpful. (Maria!)
A wonderful hotel! Stayed here for two weeks and it was a great time. The hosts are very welcoming and take the time to show you where everything is. Very eco friendly and right next to the The Point red line tram stop. That made it very convenient to get into the city center. Would highly recommend and will likely book with them again whenever I come back to visit Dublin!
We ended up returning to this property later in our week because it worked so well for our family with 2 young adult children! It is amazingly QUIET despite the local concert theater and public transit. We slept so well there! The 2 bedroom suite was ideal, including the huge couch 2 nights. Kitchen is more than adequate. Faucet mount was loose and they only had 2 towels in place for 4 guests, but delivered more asked.
If you are looking for a place that is in a quiet part of Dublin this is it. The hotel was really nice. It was clean, stylish and eco friendly. The staff were amazing. Transportation to other parts of city were right by the hotel. Grocery stores and some restaurants as well.

Sophie at reception provided an excellent service when we checked in. Very conveniently located by the Point Luas stop and very easy access. Very friendly personnel.
However, the bathroom sink was dirty when we arrived and it was clogged. We were not allowed more than 30 min for late check out. Not a lot of options for food as the restaurant was closed in the evening.
I am a single 55-year-old woman traveling alone and this place was exactly what I needed to provide an excellent night sleep with the blackout curtains and they thought of everything needed to sleep
We spent 3 nights here in March. The LUAS (tram) station is literally right outside the door. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and used the washer/dryer in our suite. The Dublin Express Bus from the airport dropped us off about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There's a small Centra market across the street.
Able to have breakfast in our room, do laundry and had a dishwasher. The only issue we had were that the beds were low to the ground and difficult to get out of. Also, we missed the weekly housekeeping day but we were able to get towels from housekeeping in hallway. Front desk staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the common areas to sit with our friends and visit in the evening.
We wanted to love this place! But I wouldn't stay here again. The bed was absolutely holiday destroying. We stayed for 12 nights and neither of us could barely stand the back pain. I don't even think it was an actual mattress.
The staff was lovely, and gave us an extra quilt to help soften the lumps but it didn't do much.
We were excited to have laundry in suite but the washer/dryer combo left out clothes smelling like mold for close to 2 weeks.
The location was amazing. Right beside the train line so it was easy to get everywhere.
We will definitely be back to Dublin, but we will look to stay elsewhere.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The in hotel 3rd party vendor "Hello Charlie" was OK 3 out of 4 times we chose to use them. The first day Peter was Very Good. For this reason we kept chasing that service with mixed results.
The only thing that I found to be misleading was the size of the 2 bed and 2 bath. The kitchen area was small. The couch was not comfortable. It was very hard. The staff was wonderful!
