La chambre - remplie de poussière. Les endroits moins exposés/visibles - sales. Le wifi a commencé à fonctionner correctement après deux appels à la réception. La télé aussi (elle figeait à toutes les 25-30 secondes). Le monsieur de la réception m'a appelée à 21h50 (je dormais, car je devais me réveiller tôt le matin) pour me demander mon nom, mais il ne s'était pas présenté. Quand j'ai protesté (sur un ton normal), il a coupé la conversation. Je suis allée le voir, il a dit (après insistance) que son prénom était Charles et qu'il a coupé parce que j'aurais crié, ce que je n'avais pas fait, j'avais juste protesté qu'il me demandait mon nom, sans s'être présenté avant. Il insistait que la chambre figurait comme non occupée (mais comment j'aurais pu avoir la clé et les cartes??? - En plus, il était présent au moment où Amina, l'autre réceptionniste, m'avait tout donné et expliqué où se trouvait la chambre). Pendant toute la discussion, j'étais debout, lui assis, bien relâché sur sa chaise, ton et regard inappropriés Outre ceci, on était arrivés vers 13h00, on nous a dit que le check in se faisait à 16h00, qu'ils allaient nous appeler dès qu'une chambre allait se libérer. Je les ai appelés à 17h16, ils n'étaient pas sûrs qu'une chambre était disponible - j'ai dit "Mais on doit libérer la chambre à 11h00 (même si sur Expedia c'était à 11h30), et vous ne savez pas si une chambre est disponible à 17h16, malgré ma réservation?" Bref, c'est ça, mon expérience. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

The room smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bath tub. No lock on the outer door. Anyone could walk in where the rooms are located.

Bien mais pourrait être facilement mieux.

Lavabo bouché et ne se vide pas. On a essayer et détritus à remonté sans se remettre à se vider. Grosse chaise antique jolie mais besoin de bon nettoyage. Trouver médicament sous bureau aperçus lorsque j'ai légère avancé le petit bureau pour nous permettre de brancher notre fils de recharge.
