Our stay was excellent except for the issue we had with our room door. When we first got there the door would not lock. The desk clerk came down and had to reset the lock on the door. We left and when we came back we couldn’t get back in our room. The desk clerk reset our card and we were able to get back in. The desk clerk was awesome.

Beautiful place

The place is super nice, comfortable beds and pillows best sleep by far. One of the best places we stayed during our 10 days tour through Nova Scotia and Quebec. Only note, the towels were not our favorites, found then too harsh. Other than that amazing

Close to highway, easy access. Lovely building and gardens. Rooms spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and sheets crisp. Lovely after a long day of driving. Had a great seafood dinner at the restaurant and a much needed glass of wine after the hectic traffic and 8 hour drive. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Overall staff very friendly Clean and great location, you have everything you want not more than 5 minutes driving Not too quiet, kids running on the hallway a I would say a good hotel for families Sometimes the elevator was so busy that I had to use the stairs most of the time Very small elevator for such big hotel But still a good hotel

Our stay was generally good but some points to consider... 1 - pillows had a peculiar smell 2 - we always prefer a ground floor room with a walk-out but was not given that choice when I reserved the room. 3 - Restaurant closes way too early. We arrived at 9:00pm, after a nine hour drive and found the restaurant closed so went to bed hungry.

Great accommodations

Great customer experience. The Young Lady working the front desk at check in spoke English and was very friendly. The pool area was nice. The poolside room shows it age but has been updated nicely. Air conditioning unit was very quiet. The beds are very comfortable. Quick and easy to jump on and off the highway 20.
