Great central hotel

The hotel was very close to the train station and near lots of resaturants. It had nice decor, the staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy, it was quiet and the breakfast was good. What more could you want?

Staff was fine and tried to be helpful. The hotel uses a particular cleaning fluid to clean the carpets in the rooms; the staff said it is used because there is so much turnover. Within 5 minutes of being in that room, my eyes were tearing and I started coughing. Arrived late in the afternoon and by breakfast time, my eyes were red, my face puffy and my voice quite hoarse and scratchy. I had booked for 6 nights, but left that next morning. Called Expedia and got a partial refund; then, moved to another hotel where I had no issues affecting my health, with my voice returning to "normal" the next day. My red eyes and the coughing remained for 3 more days.

Das Hotel an der Prager Strasse ist sehr gut zur Innenstadt gelegen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal, abgesehen vom Auftreten eines Rezeptionsmitarbeiters, sehr nett und hilfsbereit, Zusammenfassend gutes und empfehlenswertes Hotel.

朝食ビュッフェも種類が多くて、よかった。スタッフも明るく応対も感じがよかった。部屋も清潔、電気ポットとコーヒー、お茶の備え付けもよかった。部屋の清掃、タオルの交換も毎日必要ではないと思っているのでその確認もあり、その点でもよかったと思う。ドイツでは次回もPremier Innを利用したい。
