Poor room, large opening under the door which allows in bugs, no access to the pool, no breakfast. I had a king size bed to go visit my husband and was told I wasn’t allowed guest and was constantly bothered by large bugs in my room I had to fold towels on the door seal to keep them out. I had no access to the WiFi bc there was on key card folder with information and there’s no way in the room to contact room service so you have to go online and find the contact number to call them

Checking in on a kiosk was a Very different impersonal experience. Also hotels.com listed property as “pet-friendly” which is Not True! Luckily my dog is a certified service animal and they allowed him. Property was safe, clean, and comfortable.

Very nice stay

Never been asked to bring old towels down before they would give me new ones!!! I have stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout my daughter’s travel volleyball career and this was a first.

Excelente todo muy limpio

When I arrived, no one was at the front desk to check me in and I had to wait 10 minutes. We arrived at night and the elevator had 5 light bulbs not working so very dark in the elevator. The TV had limited channels available. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
