Definitely one of the best value-for-money hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The breakfast offers an excellent variety, including several signature Hanoi dishes. The restaurant on Level 11 has a fantastic view, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Dong Xuan Market, charming local cafes, and several Michelin rated food stalls. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bar offers a great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at very reasonable prices. The only downside is the shower system, which could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Staff were so helpful and attentive. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and they immediately helped me get a room for the date I arrived as I was traveling with a friend. The welcome drink was a nice touch, rooms spacious, and the roof top pool has an amazing view.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good. Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area. Staff was super nice , courteous and helping. BF was good with many options

Exceptional customer service by the staff. Rose was especially considerate, helpful and inviting. The team made the stay unforgettable. In addition to that, the food, the room and overall cleanliness was top notch as well. This one will always be our go to hotel in Hanoi moving forward.

This hotel is outstanding! It is close to all amenities and services. Above all the staff are amazing. They were so friendly, attentive and helpful with all of our needs. They genuinely want to make your stay amazing. They always had welcome tea ready or offered to help with our travels. They are truly in a class of their own.

Great location, amazing breakfast, extremely kind and attentive staff. Room felt luxurious and comfortable. A little tough to get to on weekends since the roads around Hoan Kiem lake are closed.

Was a little noisy with drilling and hammering at times - no notice that work was being carried out.

The Tirant Hotel is very well located in the heart of the old quarter. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size without being huge. We were a family of 4 with two teenage kids so we book two rooms. The rooftop terrace and pool are fantastic to get away from the hussle and bussle of the streets below. Staff are welcoming and very helpful.
