Great location and amazing staff. Hotel is nice and well maintained in a great spot, close to everything within walking distance. All the staff were amazing and helpful (shout out to Andy)! It was nice that beach chairs were included in our stay but I wish the umbrellas were included. $27+ charge for umbrellas seemed unreasonable. For sure I’ll be back 🙌

Drinks at the pool bar are watered down. Other than that, everything else was good

This place was phenomenal! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, I would highly recommend.

My room and the overall property was excellent and will stay here again for my next visit! I love that parking is free unlike other hotels where they have daily fees! My king suite was spacious and had nice views and was great to have separate dressing room area plus extra door that blocks noise from the hallway. Rating a 10 out of 10 & always loved the Virgin brand and have been flying Virgin Atlantic for decades and never disappoints!:) Cheers

The Grayson was amazing! Staff were very helpful and informative. Be mindful of booking through Expedia all fees aren’t processed here, you’ll need to pay the resort fees etc. when you arrive. Only thing I’d change about my stay is the TV lol (they didn’t have the apps Netflix YouTube etc. only basic TV channels) despite this, amazing time! Will stay again!
