Every window was covered in sheet plastic so there was no view or ability to look out a window. Several floor tiles are cracked and broken pieces are missing, carpet in halls looks to be possible black mold or un cleaned water leaks left to stain. The only listed amenity available was the pool. However it was not heated. A sign was up saying hot tub does not heat. Staff said sauna no longer there and when they finish renovations the pool will be gone too. The equipment in the fitness room does not work and their fitness balls are flat. Also the yoga mats had sticky substances on them. There is no room service. They recommend local restaurants to order delivery from. It is impossible to get someone on the phone and flip of a coin luck if can find staff at front desk when looking. Breakfast was half stale bagels, thawed toaster waffles, cold cereal and a selection of 3 types of oatmeal. Was way below expectations for this hotel chain and the price paid to stay.

The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!
