The rooms are clean the bed was comfortable no foul smell the hotel is about 40 mins outside of Springfield and there is a lot of restaurants near by

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean and quiet however my issue was with my key card which kept being disabled. This was very annoying considering my room was upstairs and at the end of the hallway. I would have to comeback down and get it reactivated, This happened everyday. The AC unit in the room seems to be regulated it would stay off for long periods of time even though the room was warming up and when it came on it stayed on for approx 10 minutes and then go off for a longtime. The on and off times were pretty consistent. At night the unit didnt come on that much at all.

Overall a good stay. Only issue was at check-in due to computer system temporary crash. Staff was very courteous and gave sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Staff was friendly. In my room: shower head didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work, toilet flushed every 5 minutes, and the desk had no chair.

Pool was nice and it was so quiet and peaceful! Breakfast was good
