Great location, very clean and an excellent breakfast with different dishes every morning

The head doorman Hovhannes was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. Also the lady at the reception desk, whose name I unfortunately did not catch, was great and demonstrated excellent hospitality. The location is very convenient and the amenities are useful. With such an excellent staff the hotel will be a great success

Hotel was in great location in walking distance to all the sites and great restaurants. Modern and spacious room and bathrooms. Breakfast was sufficient but “taste” could be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Prime Apart-Hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The balcony was a highlight, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. A special thank you to the lady who was responsible for communicating with us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a centrally located, clean and quiet guest house. It is situated within the central plaza of a square block of residential apartment houses - classic Soviet style. I call it a “guest house” because while it is renovated and comfortable, it is not a traditional hotel like those in the US or Northern Europe. It is low capacity (which is nice!) and while it does have a 24 hour front desk and daily maid service, it doesn’t have a gym, business center, etc. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious modern room with a small balcony and a very comfortable bed. There was a smart TV with all the usual streaming services, WiFi was reliable, there was a small safe and refrigerator in the room, and we had a small balcony. Breakfast was very nice and served in a cozy area which opened out so we could dine indoors or out. The breakfast selection rotated but always included fresh cut fruit, breads, some cereals, meats and cheeses, and a hot buffet with sausages and rotating warm dishes. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and spoke both English and Russian in addition to Armenian. We had a six night stay and found this cozy, peaceful, and reasonably priced guest house to be a wonderful option, and if we return to Armenia we will stay there again. Also, they communicated well before our arrival via WhatsApp and arranged a car and driver for airport transfers - on arrival our driver met us inside and we paid through the hotel.
