It was an incredible stay. So cozy and cute. I barely wanted to leave and explore. Took business calls there no problem. Couldn’t recommend more!

The young man who worked last night ( sept 26th) I think his name was Garret but I am not sure , was extremely helpful and accommodating. Airport shuttle was a bonus

the staff were great. It would have been nice to have a hot tub for use of people whose rooms didn't have one

The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the pub was delicious! The room, had an unpleasant smell. So, I bought febreze to freshen it up. There was an A/C unit which I appreciated greatly. But the way it was put in, they used spray foam to fill in the cracks. It looked very unprofessional and untidy. The front desk area is dark and dingy, time to brighten it up! It was the only place available for the dates I was going to be in S t Johns. I don’t think I would stay there again. Unless, their prices dropped significantly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located near many amenities. There is plenty of free parking. The room was large, clean and included higher end bedding, pillows and towels. Great stay!

Over two nights I had two different rooms at Whale House. One was roomier with a really nice hot tub in a private deck. The Orca room was a completely adequate efficiency. The properly is surrounded by a garden which must be nice in season. Also has gas grill and sauna for guests. Good location along the east coast
