The room was exceptionally unsanitary. There was dried food on the tv stand. The floor was in need of vacuuming. Bodily fluids on the headboard. Hair & gunk in the jets/jaccuzi drain. The pool & the cold-hot tub was covered in a slime film. The water looked ridiculously untreated. It was unswimmable. The front desk person was wonderful.

Front desk clerk seemed annoyed when we checked in. Seemed more annoyed when we informed her there were no towels in the pool area. Kids running around the property knocking on doors at 10pm. Sign on the desk about pet fees contradicting to what it says online (we didn’t have one this time but might in the future).
