Like getting to stay with your favorite grandparents, in their classic old home, when you were a child [...in a good way]. I was greeted like family. There were no ice makers or vending machines... there was a real person! who asked if I needed anything. When I asked for a glass of ice at check-in, they brought it up to my room. The breakfast included home cooked (yes, literally "home" cooked - not S. E. Rykoff warmed in the oven) hand made puff pastries filled with vegetables and instructions to "help yourself to coffee and what goodies are in the kitchen refrigerator."
In the past I traveled for work and stayed at the very nice and very modern and clean high-end accommodations; this was so much better of an experience.

Location was convenient.Room was quiet except for the air conditioner. Bed was extremely comfortable. Mini waffles and sweet rolls at breakfast were good. The rest of the breakfast was pretty standard motel quality but appropriate since the price of the rooms was so low. Coffee was available all day. Room was comfortable. but an easy chair would have been nice. The shower was easy to use, but didn't have a grab bar. My room got skipped by housekeeping one day, but towels were easily replaced. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again.

A nice location near Tetons but quiet a drive to Yellowstone (even though the drive is beautiful). Driving through the Teton region is the distance problem, but I do recommend this route for anyone wanting to visit Yellowstone for the first time. Price is a little expensive in summer for such a small town, but everything else with the hotel was good.

Great hotel. Travelled here with wife and three daughters, ages 11, 13, and 21. Stayed two nights. Only complaint was slow service at breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was a great choice. There is a lot to do for families summer and winter. Kids loved it.
