We really enjoyed staying here before being picked up the next morning for a week in Patagonia. Just a short walk from all the cool places to eat. Very cozy hotel with nice staff and great breakfast. Staff was welcoming and attentive.

We stayed for 4 nights. The bathroom toilet leaked from the base of the systern, and even though we reported it each morning, they never fixed it. This resulted in water on the floor all the time. We stayed in a room at the corner and end of the floor, which gave us very poor wifi connections. The wifi system was very poorly positioned and just hung from a wall near the other side of the hallway. It was a cheap system, poorly installed. Otherwise the stay was fairly pleasant.

We spent 2 nights here. The first morning we were in our room & a pipe in the room above us burst & water started pouring into our room. We notified the front desk & gathered all of out belongings & moved to the bar area. After about an hour of waiting we moved into a new room & asked for some compensation for the move. We were told a manager would get back with us. Late in the afternoon we had not heard on our compensation so we went to the front desk & asked again. The same man that had handled our problem in the morning said that they would give us 2 free dinners in the restaurant for compensation. The restaurant didn't open until 8 pm & we had a meeting to go to at 9:30 so they gave us a $50 bar credit which we used to buy drinks & food which we used before our 9:30 meeting.
In short, we were well taken care of by the great staff at this hotel & would not hesitate to stay there again.

"Beautiful cozy hotel, great for after a long hike!"
After hiking 8 days on the O trail in Torres Del Paine, my boyfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves to a sweet hotel to rest our sore bodies. The hotel is beautiful and I actually loved the open concept room (kinda fun that you can see into the shower from the room :) )
The spa was lovely (but no massages on sundays, be warned! we had to go down the street to find another place for a massage) and I really loved the design of the whole place.
The breakfast buffet was great by chilean breakfast standards (other hotels i stayed at literally only gave you white bread, cheese, and ham lol).
Totally recommend this place if you want a cozy sexy nice hotel to stay in in Puerto Natales!

We stayed here for a night following an 8 day trek in Patagonia. The hotel staff was attentive and responsive to all of our requests. The room was beautiful and the spa was incredible. The food at the hotel was also fantastic. The perfect place to land after a long trek in Patagonia.

The hotel is in a great location and has built itself with a special character: a ex-meat processing factory!
The scenery is memorable, the food and service are first class. We took a tour of Tores del Paine with the hotel and were very satisfied;our guide and driver were very knowledgeable and willing to handle our unique requests for picture and contemplation.

This hotel is something special, the only way to get to it is by boat or a pantoon plane, since there are no roads leading to the remote side of the lake it was built upon. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and the hotel facilities are nice too. They also have natural hot spring termas that are open 24 hours which are really cool to use at night and look out at the stars. They also have several activities available you can take advantage of. We did the kayaking in the morning before we left which was fun. The only thing I would change here is the restaurant. The setting is great, and the breakfast was a good (typical German style you find in Chile). However the dinner is way overpriced and you only have 2 selections for a 3 course meal. I was here with 2 other people and no one was impressed. The food was OK. Maybe we were here on an off night too. If you can eat before you get there, I would recommend based off our experience. Other than that, really great hotel!
