This was a cute hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are not large but they were clean. Food was good but service was kind of slow. Hotel can be over run by day visitors which makes it kind of crowded and hard to find a table. Hotel also need to contro the mosquito problem make sure to buy repellant before you get there as this hotel is about 20 minutes outside of Omoa.

The resort was beautiful and the staff were excellent. I was shocked at the prices in the restaurant and realize they pretty well have you locked in as its too far to find a different place to eat. The first day my daughter had linguine with shrimp for lunch which was $17 US. These prices are way out of line with Honduran prices and we were disappointed to see it only came with four shrimp. When i mentioned this to the manager he stared at me for an uncomfortably long time and told me they hadn't had any other complaints..not the attitude nor response I would have hoped for. The meal service did include a bun the next day which was better but still felt insulted by the managers response and the sparse seafood. Later i has a steak that was one third fat but the waiter didn't seem to care. If they are going to charge those prices they should offer fabulous food.

Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Meals were great but you do pay a premium compared to local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, nice bed with high thread count sheets, room did not have a pool view like I was originally told but wasn't necessary, and no refrigerator in room.. Fast room service, complementery water and coffee in room. Lots of extra services available!

" Beautiful hotel with friendly, professional staff"
This was the most expensive hotel we found, so I was sceptical, but absolutely LOVED the comfort, cleanliness and convenience to shopping. Mall multiplaza is an incredibly short, safe "right across the street" distance away and has a movie theater and grocery store! Excellent choice for us as we were traveling w/ our son and were afraid to trek around tegus much with him due to embassy travel alerts and high crime rate. We also were there for business and the business office/room at hotel was extremely convenient. For other office needs, Office Depot is a couple hundred feet from hotel.
