we came check in early so we can go to the casino they said there wasn't a room ready I ask if there a was a place to put our luggage so it wouldn't be in a hot car we had snacks and cheese we were celebrating my sister 75 birthday. He said let me check because my sister had a room also he was able to get us in with our rooms across fro each other wich was nice

We broke down and were fortunate enough to get a room here. They were pleasant, accommodating and went out of their way to to help us. They even let us stay a couple hours later until our rental car was available.

This was the last night of a fast trip home across the country. It was such a gift to have a clean and comfortable room and the bed was heavenly. We slept well!

We checked in to our rooms (I had 3 reserved room) after a day at Adventureland. The baby was tired so he was crying as we checked in. The clerk checking us in was a total jerk and said ‘just so you know, if I get too many complaint about noise from the kids I will kick you out” The mom of the baby was devastated and so worried she would cause us all to get kicked out in the middle of the night. For a supposed family friendly hotel next to Adventureland, they sure weren’t friendly to my family. (The baby went straight to sleep as soon as his mommy got him in the room and was able to lay him down and was quiet all night, btw) other than this staff person, the hotel was nice.

Police surrounding the hotel. Couldn't get a refund due to fear for safety. Budget hotels don't work good when they aren't safe. This place has no standard to make for safety. Wild wild west out there.

Quality Inn Altoona

We choose Quality Inn because it was a one night stay during a long road trip. We wanted an affordable quick stay. They serve a free breakfast which the only complaint we had were the eggs were still cold.

Check in was very fast. I requested a room with a walk in shower due to my disability. They called me, told me that one was not available. I had a handicap room with a shower with a bench ( it made it easier for me to get in). Nowadays it’s hard to get a very clean and comfortable room this one was terrific! The breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and professional. I would recommend this establishment to everyone!
