property looks old and tired. needs a deep cleaning. front desk staff struggled to find our reservation but it was there. breakfast buffet was nice and fresh. right off highway, was easy to find. easy drive to the nc zoo. we paid $200 and thats just insane for this property.

Hotel is getting a little " tired " in some areas.Needs to be updated. Staff were Ok but room had an empty Kleenex box and an empty bottle of conditioner in the shower. Housekeeping should do a better job of that.

I did not eat the breakfast as I think most hotel breakfasts are below average. Room was decent. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. Could use some deep cleaning and a good paint job. Coffee pot was located on the counter inside the bathroom. Not real sanitary.
