I had a great stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Lexington South in Lexington. The room temperature was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet throughout my stay, which made for a restful night. Everything was clean and well maintained, check in was easy and efficient, and breakfast was a nice added bonus. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The bed was too high for someone with leg/hip issues. The room needed a high back comfortable chair with ottoman to sleep in if needed. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. I especially appreciated the woman at the front desk who checked me in. She was always cheerful and helpful.

This is as good of a place to stay as any. Easy to get to, off the main road, quiet when you don't have noisy people above you. My only real issue was the cleanliness of the floors. It appears that they only use a sticky roller to pick up lint and dust, but don't seem to mop. Every inch of floor in the room and bathroom was very slippery. A bit grossed out by that honestly. I always wear shoes or socks in the rooms I stay in but I've never felt that I HAD to wear them.
