Arrived early to check in, the girl at the front stated the person to check me in went to get food! Front lobby smelled of dirty mop water and the floor was sticky. Room was decent but had barely made beds. Loud guests made alot of noise, I checked out a day early at about 4am. The front desk person was sleeping n told me to leave my key at the desk n she limped back to the back to sleep. Called Expedia to refund the night I didn't use and the manager refused to credit me! Dont waste ur time or money booking at this ghetto hotel with terrible customer service

It was a good stay…. Staff could have been a little better but overall it was a nice experience

Cons: poor water pressure both am/pm for showers, pool was out of order Pros: Beds were comfortable, sufficient towels, breakfast provided many options, small but nice fitness center. Would stay here again for the price.

Check in and check out were smooth and fast. Room itself was very clean. Only saw one luggage cart & it was beat up, still worked but hard to turn. Couldn't use it to check out, bad timing, I guess. Breakfast had a lot of options, as is usual at Holiday Inn, but the hot food was a little old, which is not their usual standard.
