Clean, professional staff, easy access

Check in was quick. Easy to get to the room. Room was clean and very large. Bed was comfortable. Perfect hotel.

The room was clean but very outdated. The breakfast was adequate but not a good selection. It was fine for the one night we stayed. The staff at the counter were friendly.

The breakfast was more than I expected. It was fresh and tasty. Parking was easy and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had reservations, arrived at almost 5:00 and room wasn’t ready so we had to wait for the room to be cleaned. After arriving in our room the tv didn’t work, ac wouldn’t cool the room down so we had to go bring in our own fan, phone in room didn’t work, only 1 cup in the king suit, when we told the front desk it didn’t matter said we can’t switch you rooms. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Terrible experience would not recommend this place at all. We will not return, Tupelo is a hundred times better
