Very nice clean and comfortable room. Convenient quiet location with easy parking. Decent breakfast.

Overall, this was a wonderful area and very quiet for our 4th of July getaway. Our room was very lovely (the bed was super comfy) and the staff very friendly. Our shower was a bit of a mess at the build kept causing water to pool out due to it's lack of ability to drain correctly. Our balcony view was enjoyable and allowed us to keep watching the fireworks that were happening all the way down on St. Simons and Jekyll Island. Good sized gym and pool area and there were a handful of local eateries that were walkable from our hotel as well.

Room was not clean upon arrival- mildew in bathroom, on shower nozzle, etc.. each day room service would show up to clean our room at 5Pm while we were getting ready for dinner so unable to even get room cleaned during stay… restaurant service was so bad that we left before ordering (waiting 30 minutes & still had not placed order)… wasn’t TERRIBLE but definitely not worth the price you pay.

This property is amazing all the way around. If I could give more stars I would. Everyone of the ones at checkout were phenomenal. So caring. Our car broke down with us the night before we had to leave. We checked out of our room at 11:00 the following day and they allowed us to stay in the pool as long as we needed to until we had a ride show up. We had our grandkids so of course they were excited about that. They continuously ask us if we needed anything to please let them know. Once our ride got there, because they were 5 hours away, they allowed my husband and I to take our four grandkids in the bathroom at the office and dry them off and get them dressed. They didn't rush us not one bit. Told us to stay as long as we needed to. They were going to let us stay in the room until someone got there but the room was already booked for that day and they had no other rooms available but that was okay and I completely understood that. We will always choose Queens Court on St Simons Island. I don't want to call out any names because they were all wonderful and I'm scared I may miss someone. Even down to the housekeeping was outstanding. Totally recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location and check in was super easy. I was disappointed in the view from my room on the 3rd floor. I was under the impression I would have an ocean view room. But, regardless it was fantastic and will stay here again!

The pool and pool area stayed dirty the entire time we were there. Most days there were no clean pool towels available and we requested extra washcloths and was told they didn’t have any clean ones. On the day before we came home they had no clean towels or washcloths. We used our own beach towel to dry off with.

Ok. Let me start by saying we made a reservation for 2 rooms. We did Not stay. The front desk person (Marcus) was great in helping us with refund and even looking up the phone number to other hotels. Now, why we didn’t stay. My room was quoted at somewhere around $240 total - I was charged $321 once I arrived. The place is undergoing renovations- which should include a bulldozer. Furnishings in room are dated and didn’t work in room 2. Room 1 had cleaning supplies left behind and a cleaning rag and hand warmer (?) between the sheets. Bathroom in room 1 was still dirty. Marcus moved us to another room where we found grass, dirt, and blood spots on those sheets. My brothers 2nd he got moved to had lamps that were not functioning. This was by far the- by far - worst experience as far as hotel I have ever had. I’m told they are processing our over priced refunds - my question is how is it possible I have to wait for this? Ocean Inn and Suites should remove themselves from Expedia and update their website - nothing is what it appears on site. Nothing.

There was ample parking, which was great as we were travelling with a trailer. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the staff running the bar/restaurant, those two girls were great, funny, welcoming and efficient. Only slight downside was they did not do breakfast at this hotel, but there are loads of options within 100 yards if you were looking. Rooms are good, no complaints.
