I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn at IGI airport and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Nawab. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist. I truly appreciate the efforts of hospital staff to make my stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The overall service from the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thanks to Nawab and the entire team, I look forward to visiting again in the future!

No frills, strictly picked for convenience if a flight out of Heathrow is required at an early hour. Staff tried their best to assist with all the security check-in’s and outs that are still needed for hotel and airport security. Breakfast was acceptable.

This transit hotel is an unusable facility, due to the idiotic transit procedure at Delhi airport. Do not use, avoid. You’ve been warned. Otherwise you end up paying for a room which you won’t be able to use.

Anand was incredibly helpful. I had arrived a bit more than 24 hours before my next flight and he was still able to help me get into the hotel and let me stay until my check-in area opened prior to the flight. He and the rest of the staff were amazing.

Reservation we did was in domestic wing and also messaged hotel next day flight number. When we landed lady in a very bad tone said you cant .. cancel as if I can .. The things that are not mentioned in this property description: You have to leave secure side of the airport regardless to access the desk for this hotel. The desk is amongst cab and rental car kiosks with no signage to direct you. I had to ask and get directed. There are 2 parts of the hotel apparently, a domestic and an international, this is not described anywhere in the booking process, the people at the desk are dedicated to one side or the other, so I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come from international. They then walk you down to a separate security area where your bags are x-rayed, but this is not security. Then you are escorted through 3 different checkpoints where you have to show passport and reservation confirmation. You are then escorted through some back doors and service elevators and finally reach the hotel. Total time from arriving at the desk to getting in my room 1 hr 15 min. I spent 4.5 hours in the room before my flight. Even at 2:30am be sure to give yourself 3-4 hours to get checked in and through security.

The hotel is ideal if you have connecting flights to/from T3 at Delhi airport. The hotel have attempted to make it straight forward to reach the hotel - the hotel is internal to the terminal building however there are numerous security and passport checks that need to be undertaken to access the hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The room was functional with an excellent shower. The food is good and there is a reasonable selection. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Whilst this hotel is really convenient if you have an early morning flight, it is an absolute nightmare to enter. It took us 2 hours to explain to airport staff to agree and let us in to the hotel. We were also in a separate part of the hotel from the restaurant and gym which meant that we had to be escorted by a member of staff through the airport for breakfast. Thankfully the rooms and bed were really comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay if you have an over night layover, you never leave the airport. This is how it worked for us: we had a domestic flight from BOM to DEL which arrived at 8pm and our international flight on a different airline did not leave until 7:50 the next morning so there was no way to check our bags. No worries! We arrived at terminal 3, collected our bags and exited the baggage claim area and turned left and followed the signs to domestic transfers (do not go outside). Right past the domestic transfers sign are booths, one was for the hotel. They had a list of all the guests staying at the hotel and they then walked you and your bags through the initial security checks, through private areas and to the hotel. All you had to do was present your passport and PRINTED copy of your boarding pass (We had our hotel in BOM print it for us). We kept all our bags in our room. The next morning an associate escorted us and our bags up to the check in counter and stayed with us until the bags were checked in. He then showed us which line to stand in to get through security. I think there are two entrances or maybe even two hotels in the airport. Our entrance was on the domestic side of terminal 3 to the far left of the check in hall. If your luggage does not need to be checked I think you can just go through to international connections and the entrance to the hotel is in the secure area right by the Encalm lounge. They were so great!

Directions for how and where to check in are not at all clearly communicated. Staff did not explain the process as it was happening. Ultimately their assistance was greatly appreciated but communication before and during could use a lot of improvement.
