Deerbrook Vacation Packages

While making a fall color run in October 2026, we chose The Waters over a traditional hotel and were so glad we did. What a beautiful facility and lodge experience. We will definitely return.

This property was comfortable and clean. We had a lakeside room, which had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we weren't there on a sunny day, when I'm sure the view is even better. The breakfast was excellent. There are so few actual BandBs anymore, it's a delight when we find one.

Felt safe, friendly staff. There was a tv, but small. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, it was minimal mostly packaged goods no cooked food. Good place if you are just passing through

Room was not that clean. Hot tub was not clean. Hair and a bug was floating in the tub, didn’t use it. Freezer was full of frost. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
