Washer hasnt worked in over a month, hot tub hasn't worked in almost a month, the toilet took 3 flushes before toilet paper would go down. Front desk person was nice. He was apologetic. Breakfast was ok, they had scrambled eggs and waffles

The place was decent. It’s an older hotel but decent. Elevator was broke. Check-in was ok. Rooms were clean. A little on the pricey side but considering it was a busy weekend for that area of the country. Pool was open but didn’t use it. I’d stay again.

1) building and room were clean and smelled nice. 2) breakfast was ok. 3) front desk staff was very difficult to find. Please bring back daily housekeeping. We stayed for two days and had to walk down three floors multiple time to find the front desk staff to ask for clean towels. 4) plumbing in our room was not the greatest. 5) bathroom doors are hard to close and we had to listen to our downstairs neighbors slam their door multiple times during the night.

The reclining chair in our room did not recline. We informed the front desk at checkout. The bed was of medium comfort but tolerable. All told, we had a safe, clean place to stay.

The room had a very weird smell to it. I’m VERY allergic to mold and woke up in the middle of the night and was having a hard time breathing. By the time we left I was sick!

I wish I could post pictures. The hot tub water was yellow and the pool water was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Our kids were disappointed when we didn’t let them swim in that. The sheets had stains and it just felt dirty. Our door closed but had light shining through the cracks from the hallway, and we could clearly hear people out in the pool area/hallway when we were trying to sleep. The breakfast was fine; it was cramped on space though with lots of people trying to eat at the same time and not quite enough room. It was poor-average experience.

Room carpet was dirty, musty smell, mold in shower caulking. Pool water needs changed, dirty cloudy water. Whole building needs maintenance urgently. Front desk lady was very pleasant and accommodate us to a little better room. Awesome staff though.

Loved the Uniqueness of this hotel with pool centrally located. rooms were clean though a bit humid. pretty quiet by 10pm because the pool closes up. The only thing I did not like was being close to the smoking room. I could smell cigarette smoke at different times during the day and night coming thru the hallway and air conditioner.
