Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. Thick dust on headboard, hairs left in shower from previous guest. No parking at the hotel. Paid parking nearby but problematic. Also no breakfast option at the hotel. However, good location.

Once we arrived the elevators were not working. Not one staff helped get our bags up to the 3rd floor. Then we we left had the same problem. Keira, the manager said they couldn't help that the service company didn't work on over the holiday. No empathy not friendly at all. She needs training on service. Then the soap was out and we were given 3 little samples of soap. Poorly ran hotel.

Just as an awareness before booking, this hotel did not provide guest parking. They had paid parking which was full from casino guests. The hotel room does not guarantee you access to any sort of parking, we had to park about a 15 min walk From the property.

I stayed at one of the most popular destinations during bike week right on Main Street. It was beautiful. I could walk everywhere. It was really nice. It’s location was so ideal.
