We were there for a soccer tournament and had stayed there several years ago and it was fine so thought it would be ok. It was not. One of the people in our group had mold in their bathroom and had tj switch rooms, had asked for extra towels and pillows before check in but then had to go back and get them, our tv and refrigerator never worked the entire weekend, the room was dirty-and im not talking in like hidden places. There is no way a vacuum was ran thru that room before we entered, there was debris all over the carpet including some Cheerios under the table. Anither person in our group had to change rooms twice, once because when they went to take a shower the water wouldnt turn off and inly the hot would work and then because theor refrigerator didnt work either but they needed it as they had refrigerated items. I didnt say anything about the uncleanliness of our room as other complaints werent handled very well-the ones that received new rooms had to insist on them. Also asked for an extre key as only given 1 at check in and was told no. I forgot to take pics so none to attach---will NOT RECOMMEND to anyone. Several of us asked for a discount for the unsatisfactory shape of hotel and all discount requests were flat out refused by the manager.

Where do I start...the numerous "temporarily out of order" signs on almost everything. The pool was cold. They say the heater went out. I wouldn't expect it to be fixed soon since everything else seems to be broken as well. The bottom of the hotub was sandy and grimy. The walls and bedding had stains, our bathroom toilet wouldn't flush properly, our mini fridge smelled up the room when we opened it, the tv channels were frozen even when they "rebooted" the system, and there was no service/wifi in our room. I asked for another room and all I received was excuses. I will never stay here again.

First let me share the good. The pool was awesome, the lazy river and activity area are cold but the main pool was warm. The breakfast was also not bad. Now for the bad, I noticed a lot of really gross stuff on our hotel room walls, the walls in the bathroom were peeling, our tv would glitch when we tried to watch anything, the food from La Cantina made us sick and was obviously warmed up in a microwave. We loved our stay 2 years ago but this time was a major disappointment.

Great stay for child entertainment!

I loved the room, besides the bathroom. The bathroom seemed permanently dirty. I loved how spacious the room was and the bed/pillows were amazing. It also smelled a bit of weed down our hallway not that that was in your control.

The outside looked nice and a decent location The parking lot was dark, the hallways and stairs were dark. The hallways smelled and the main entrance smelled like old grease. The breakfast was horrible. The rooms were not clean the bed blankets were stained and had holes in them. The mattress had stains. The bathroom had mold. It did have hot water. It didn’t have internet. The outlets were so old the charger plug wouldn’t stay plugged in. Some outlets didn’t work. You could feel the springs in the mattress.

SDSU Stay

The room was old but comfortable. Water park was nice for the grandson. Staff were all friendly. I stayed on the first floor by the pool area. Might choose a upper floor next time as the pool is noisy if you wanted to sleep. Staff were good about closing the pool area on schedule which helped.

Great location, friendly staff great breakfast. Beds were 2 different heights and one was very hard, mold around tub. Water park was well kept, although the hot tub was out of service Friday & Saturday was working-very smelly- didn’t go in.
