The rooms were really good - I love the design. The church bells can be a little loud if you like to sleep with open windows. I didn’t mind it; after an active day in the mountains, I sleep like a rock. The breakfast was so so; we must be spoiled from other hotels before. Location is perfect to start your day trips and the staff was happy to help with that as well. We were able to walk to a little spot just 5min away to take a swim in the lake as well - very convenient.

Such an excellent experience! The hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. The room was beyond comfortable with AC, a wonderful bed, black out shades, a Nespresso machine, robes & slippers, complimentary waters, excellent water pressure, +++. Perfect location for exploring the Old Town & great restaurants.

Drove from UK to Switzerland on a road trip... Great Hotel, with a beautiful view if you book the lake view room. Beautiful area where it is in Beatenberg... the staff very lovely and polite. Especially reception desk Valentina, very polite and lovely conversation. And also Gelson who was polite and always smiling and ready to help.. Will be returning next year too

It was an amazing lodge with excellent views. Would surely come back and stay their again. Great breakfast options in the morning as you need fuel to start your day! Would love if the lodge has a small grocery/amenity store with basic food items as it is far off from the main city and last public transport to the lodge is at 6:40 PM which makes harder for dinner planning if you get late with sightseeing.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at, the attention to detail on the rooms is insane. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just has a weak AC but I’ll blame that on the Europe heatwave
