Bathroom could use an upgrade and the breakfast area was extremely crowded. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful. If I’m in the area again, I would choose to stay here.

Place was amazing, my kids had fun from heated pool, boating( kayak, paddleboat), private lake/beach and nearby public beach too. There's a firepit you can make smores and grills to cook burgers or steak... You can fish too but bring your own fishing rod. Staff(s) were attending and kind. Lake Luzerne was a quiet yet relaxing place, the bons ice cream was delish, mill park a must visit too (mini trail i think) you'll see a waterfalls. Across i think it was a wayside public beach, Lake George was 15-20 min away is a must also. My kids want to go back in hotel luzerne next summer! Our 3.5 hr travel was worth to this amazing place😊Thank you

If you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep and you're not into a firm mattress do not stay here. The wallpaper needs to be replaced as in some parts of the building it's being stapled to the wall. The shower was not very good. Overall the place was clean, convenient and the breakfast was better than most breakfasts.
