Everything was ok

Great place to stay for moving our daughter in to UK. Convenient location, comfortable and clean room and hotel, friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed at the Origin for just one night on our way north to IN. This is a beautiful hotel... located in a really cool area, with lots of lovely shops and restaurants handy. The rooms are very attractive and the beds comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff at the hotel were absolutely delightful. Just one matter to address: the front desk stewards were, quite frankly and sadly, abysmal... and the only smudge on this otherwise perfect stay. They had a very rude and off-hand manner when speaking to guests. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready. No problem! But there was no offer to hold our luggage for us and they watched us drag it back outside to load back into our vehicle. Not a smile or a "welcome!" to be seen. Hopefully this will be addressed and rectified soon, because this hotel really is lovely!
