Unfortunately the service is not consistent. Zhang provided great service when I made some requests via Hilton Honors chat. However, during my check out day, I had requested for a dining knife. Called the front desk, was asked to call the In room Dining instead. In room Dining said to call the front desk instead. This is such bad service rendered. Bathroom was dirty, where the shower glass panels were not properly cleaned, there were stains and hair as well. The bathroom door could not close properly as well. TV controller was faulty.

Really enjoyed our stay location os good hotel is very clean the check in Staff Amazing they helped me so many times finding locations and attractions to go to . Great Stay!
