Very nice room. Hotel was close to our conference, so that was helpful. Nice hotel. Wish it had a hot tub, as we will be that way again next year. Bed was firm, but I was at least able to get some sleep.

It was a quick stay. I e machine were broken. The carpet was damp in our room. The ac wasn’t as cold as it should have been. Woke up at 3 am sweating to death. The shower was Luke warm and very low pressure. The girl who checked us out in the morning I had to wake up. She was sleeping at the desk. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There are other that are close by that are better choices.

My husband and I as well as two other couples stated that the hotel for the wine fest in Grapevine. This location was chosen due to his proximity to the festivities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Perry, who was very informative and was great.. when I went to my room I was not pleased with the condition of the carpet, which had several spots all over it as well as the bathroom, the ceiling and the noise associated with my AC unit. Also, my remote control did not have any batteries in it? I had to call downstairs and was told that no one could bring them up because they were the only person on duty but when I called, no one answered I had to call the one 800 number in order to get in contact with someone at the front desk overall the room was not in the best conditions for occupancy. I felt like it had not been cleaned, and that there were maintenance issues that could have been addressed more readily for the state of the room. I was not pleased and will not stay at this location again. There was another young lady at the front desk, mid day Saturday and early night who would not greet us when we walked in and was very dry when we would ask for assistance definitely some more customer service training needed for her.

The front desk and management staff are very good - only one staff member was average. They overall were so helpful and cheerful too. The pool was a great way to cool off in this Dallas heat and the room was cool and quiet - no plane noise whatsoever. Desk area and lounge area are really great extra benefits. As is the shuttle bus. Thanks for everything.

Triple check your room accommodations beforehand!

We ordered a double bed room and even called on the phone and confirmed about a week beforehand and they gave our room away. We had myself, my husband and my daughter squeezed into a king bed. Although they did upgrade our room when they saw what they did, it still made our stay uncomfortable. Service desk guy was nice and gave my daughter complimentary candy to try and make up for it. I get it, he tried because he felt bad. Just wish there was a better system in place to prevent this from happening.

Regret to inform that my experience did not meet expectations.I encountered rude and unprofessional behaviour from a hotel staff at checking.Instead of receiving courteous assistance, I was spoken to unhelpful and dismissive manner. I was highly disappointed to find that the airport shuttle pickup which is included in the booking was not provided. It caused considerable inconvenience as I had to arrange uber of my own at 11 PM adding both stress and additional expenses to my journey. The staff answered the phone was not respectful and asked me to find uber or lift of my own as they dont provide airport picket in the night. I hope you will take immediate steps to train staff to ensure polite and professional behavior towards all guests. and provide accurate information regarding the availability of airport pickup. This being said I would also like to acknowledge the respectful and courteous service I received from the staff at checkout, which was very polite and much appreciated.

Could be better.

Let's get it out of the way, our stay was not terrible, just your typical 2 night weekend stay with the family. Hotels are plentiful and even within the same brand hotels are different. But little things would probably have us look elsewhere, room refrigerator didn't work, personally me and the wife have back pain issues and the bed mattress was too firm for us, and low water pressure for the shower.
