First time at an ALoft. Love it. It’s got good energy and a positive, colorful atmosphere. The rooms are well appointed and offer all you need in a practical layout. BTW, I’m over 65, so don’t think it’s just for the younger crowd.

Walki my in you just notice it’s a very clean establishment. The lobby was gorgeous and very well kept the young man who checked me in was so sweet and professional and answered all my questions. Definitely staying at this hotel again.

There were a lot of things broken. But the staff was all great , especially Tanya. Our room’s air conditioner was broken and leaking, so we changed rooms. Okay, that happens. But one of two elevators was out of service. One coffee machine in the lobby was out of service. One toilet in the lobby bathroom was out of service. The new bartender was friendly.

Bed sheets and pillow cases had a weird smell. Requested for them to be changed at the front desk, housekeeping showed up almost an hour later. Pool was kind of dirty, full of small dead bugs. Clean room. We liked the wall that divided the entrance from where the bed was placed. At night, this blocked the light entering from under the entrance door. We had a wonderful night's sleep.
